Interior Vault tasked Secure Shield to upgrade their email system to Microsoft 365 and integrate a new Enterprise File Sync and Share platform to securely transfer client documents

The Problem

With the desire to implement new cloud solutions, Interior Vault realized their current email platform was going to be a hinderance in moving forward with their long term business goals. Secure Shield were tasked with developing a project plan to move their digital platform forward.

After our initial consultation and Project plan development, Secure Shield determined the following roadmap necessary to improve Interior Vaults digital plan

  • Migrate current Hosted Exchange 2013 platform to Microsoft 365
  • Implement new Enterprise File Sync and Share platform to allow for the secure transfer of digital files
  • Onboard Interior Vault with a robust Managed IT and Cyber Security technology plan.

After the success of the exchange migration, Secure IT implemented a new Enterprise File Syc platform powered by Egnyte. This allowed for secure transfer of confidential information to Interior Vault clients
